COVID-19 Update
"Part of being an artist is learning to develop your creative instincts, so I’m making the best of this time and looking forward to getting back to the studio with my art students.”

I opened my art and design learning studio at the end of February with a unique curriculum for students of all ages. Since in studio group classes are on hold I’ve focused on ways to engage and help people practice art. I’m offering free Facebook Live Art Classes in April, I created a do-it-yourself Bunny kits for kids (or adults) to assemble. For adults I held a 21+ virtual wine and drawing class where we practiced drawing flowers and enjoyed a glass of wine. Part of being an artist is learning to develop your creative instincts, so I’m making the best of this time and looking forward to getting back to the studio with my art students.” Owner Kim Piazza, heart-studios.com

A new art and design learning studio on Route 28 offers classes for kids, teens and adults. Heart Studio offers a class curriculum designed to teach art and design skill sets. The main curriculum for students age 6 to 18 years old (grouped by age) provides 2D art instruction – combining hand created and digital art. Classes for students 2 to 5 years old are shorter, tactile process classes. Adults can participate in Monday night fine art instruction for all levels. Class passes are offered in a model similar to a fitness studio, so students can purchase a class pack and attend the classes that fit their schedule.
